LISCAD has many inspirational features all
designed to improve your work style and productivity.
Create and edit code tables tailored to your particular needs for use when
importing and exporting data to and from all popular, total station, data logger,
GPS and digital level field surveying devices as well as other software systems
including AutoCAD (DWG) MicroStation (DGN) & LandXML.
Multiple document interface provides many different views into the database.
View long sections and cross sections profiles and even the plan view all at the same time!
Toolbars are easily customised so that frequently used commands can be quickly
accessed. The toolbars can be positioned anywhere on the screen, docked or
floating.
It is very simple to change and set the units of a
project. Various international units of distance, angle, area, volume and geodetic map projection
can be selected.
There is a comprehensive reporting facility for points, lines, polygons and
alignments included and comparisons on objects can be undertaken in the same or
a different data base.
Easily set your own preference for colours, symbols, line styles, polygon
symbol or line hatching.
It is simple to select and display subsets of data for editing, using the
powerful "Block" function and/or the "Group" function to select layers.
