On selecting the Edit menu from the Code Table Spreadsheet, the following commands become available.
| Command | Used to |
| Copy | Copy the selected row to the clipboard. |
| Paste | Paste a row from the clipboard to the editor. (The newly added row is then given a default name CODE"X", with "X" being an incremented numeric value. ie: CODE1......CODE2.....etc.) |
| Delete | Delete a row from the editor. |
| Sort | Sort any changes made in the Code name order. From top to bottom low to high (numeric) A to Z (alpha) |
