Availability: Computations module. (Not available in LISCAD Lite)
Menu Selection: From the Computations task, select the Create/Circle command and the Method/Freehand command.
Functionality: Creates a circle and radial point by setting a radius and defining a centre point by selecting a location in the graphic window with the mouse.

  • Once the radius has been set and the Centre Point Control has focus, an accept on the screen will create a new circle at this location. An existing point object can be selected with a snap/accept if desired.
  • The new point identifier may also be determined by using the Next or Last buttons.
Notes:
  • The new circle created will be given the attributes of the currently defined line attribute.
  • The new points created will be given the attributes of the currently defined point attribute.
  • The identifier in the point identifier field will be used for the centre point (if required), and the new radial point will automatically use the next unused point identifier.
