Lookup File Settings dialog box

(This functionality is available with the Input / Output module)

Select the lookup files to be used for matching:

LISCAD Symbols to AutoCAD blocks or MicroStation cells.

LISCAD line styles to AutoCAD or MicroStation line styles

Item Used to
Symbol Lookup File: Select the file for matching symbols.
The file must be a text file with an SLU extension and must have been previously created by the user and stored in the User Folder.
Each line in the file must contain a LISCAD symbol identifier and a matching foreign system symbol name separated by space=space.
Example: If you wish to match a LISCAD symbol "SYM1" to an AutoCAD block "XYZ", the following line would be required in the selected SLU file.
SYM1 = XYZ
Line style Lookup File: Select the file for matching line styles.
The file must be a text file with an LLU extension and must have been previously created by the user and stored in the User folder.
Each line in the file must contain a LISCAD line style identifier and a matching foreign system line style name separated by space=space
Example: If you wish to match a LISCAD line style "LINE1" to an AutoCAD line style "FENCE", the following line would be required in the selected LLU file.
LINE1 = FENCE
The following example line style lookup file is provided with the system:

Microstn.llu matches the appropriate LISCAD line styles to the eight (0 to 7) standard line styles available in MicroStation V7.
